Youth Pride Alliance: This is the official webpage for the Youth Pride Alliance and Youth Pride Day. It is filled with practical information and links to several youth resources. Obviously since I am the founder of this organization, it is my favorite charity. They need as much love and support as they can get so log in and check them out.
Sexual Minority Youth Assistance League (SMYAL) SMYAL is the premiere GLBTQ youth social services agency in Washington DC. They are fabulous and I used to volunteer more with them. Along with Youth Pride, SMYAL takes care of the needs of our future so check em out and give them some support and love.
Burgundy Crescent Volunteers is a organization that promotes volunteerism in our community. If you are interested in doing any kind of community service (and you damn well better be) log in and check them out. I have had many a cute boy ask me "Cookie, where are all the good men?" and I say, volunteering or in church.
